Series T3.29 - chain, with crossbars every other link

Series T3.29 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: Hanging applications, standing applications
Horizontal: Unsupported applications ≤ 1.5 m
Circular movement: Rotating applications possible, may require machining (machining rework is always required from rotation angles of 180°)

When to use Series T3.29

If a very light, cost-effective e-chain® with a 29 mm inner height is required
For inner widths up to 140mm
For unsupported lengths up to 1.45m and fill weights up to 1.0kg/m
If an e-chain® is required for high accelerations and speeds
When an e-chain® with virtually no polygon effect is required
For the smallest bend radii and installation spaces
When quick and easy filling and assembly is required
For minimal abrasion (e.g. for cleanroom applications)

When not to use Series T3.29

When an e-chain® for more fill weight is required
System E6 Series E61.29
When larger inner heights are required
System E6 Series E61.29
When cleanroom ISO Class 1 is required
System E6 Series E61.29
When an enclosed e-chain® for quiet running is required
System E6 Series R6.29

Unsupported length

The unsupported length depends on fill weight
X axis: unsupported length in m FLB/FLG
Y axis: fill weight in kg/m
Lower scale: travel S in m
FLB = unsupported with permissible sag
FLG = unsupported with straight upper run

Reference example A:
fill weight = 0.5 [kg/m]
unsupported length FLB = 1.2 m
travel = 2.4 m

29.1 standard – for all uses
Separator, wide base for maximum holding strength and stability in e-chains®

29.2 Faster cable installation
Secure seating on one side, with a wide base, opposite side narrow for easy cable installation (easily clamped).

2300.X horizontal interior separation
Locks securely into the separator at both ends, allowing a fixed width. Can be used as a full-width shelf for integrated interior separation or as a shelf for modular shelving at three levels.

In the application of many small cables with similar diameters
Full-width shelf 111.X can be combined with separator E6.29.11 and notch separator E6.29.11.R
Full-width shelf 221.X can be combined with middle plate E6.29.12, strain relief separator E6.29.12.Z, side plate E6.29.13 and shelf 2210.X

For applications with many cables with different diameters. Shelves can be fitted at alternate heights within the entire chain width
Shelf 2210.X can be combined with middle plate E6.29.12, strain relief separator E6.29.12.Z, side plate E6.29.13 and full-width shelf 221.X
